Aug. 11 — Caller says she needs the cops there now, boyfriend is going off. She is pregnant and the doctor told her “no stress,” so she may need aid to come check on her.

Someone stole a $1,300 electric reel and rod while parked in Ilwaco port parking lot.

Dogs observed in a car for the last 20 minutes, window not cracked. Caller is leaving and wants them checked on.

There are squatters and caller wants them removed. They have been here for a couple days. Girlfriend let them come in, and now caller cannot get them to leave.

Dog showed up in yard, has a rabies tag and Apple Air Drop but that’s all.

Caller reporting a strange person who was in the park earlier at the table by the bathrooms; carrying large black trash bags and possibly a sleeping bag.

Aug. 12 — Caller is locked in a trailer, but day and night there are things going on, a lot of things, hard to understand exactly what she is reporting.

Caller was walking and a red Suburban tried to run her off the roadway — a bunch of kids speeding, back window was busted with plastic covering.

Needs an officer to take a report about someone who is verbally abusing her every night at her house.

Aug. 13 — About five male neighbors are across the street trying to start fights.

Aug. 14 — “Verbally abusive” male is yelling at female for unknown reason, but finally left. She thinks he could have gone toward Ocean Park.

Aug. 15 — Large bright light and loud explosion just occurred a block south of caller.

Vehicle parked behind apartments appears to contain people who are passed out; smells like spray paint around vehicle.

Aug. 16 — A male has been “lurking around and scaring the lady.”

Caller wants to report a man driving grey Volkswagen Bug with a broken windshield while on fentanyl/drugs. Subject was passed out cold but then woke up and drove off.

At 7:56 p.m., someone lighting off firecrackers; caller believes it’s the “crackheads” who live there.

Second explosion in the last few days.

Aug. 17 — Female complaining about not being able to use the bathroom, yelling about park conditions, which is dirty and needs to be cleaned up. She was advised to speak to her park manager but she said there is no park manager to speak to.

Caller just got there and there is a homeless person under the deck. Her neighbor said there has been a man hanging around her place for a few days.

Female was trying to get into vehicles.

Unruly guest in a grey shirt and cowboy hat was flipping off the caller.

Aug. 11 — Caller saw a couple of suspicious people outside with flashlights.

Caller’s husband says two people came prowling on the property and caller wants to know if there were “real cops” there earlier.

Black pickup and silver Mercedes sedan loitering in parking lot, unknown how long have been there. One male and one female are walking toward the breezeway as church is getting ready to start.

Patient is at the ER with a dog bite, occurred yesterday at patient’s grandmother’s house. Health department notified.

Capsized boat in low-tide area, partially on beach. No one around boat, can smell fuel.

Caller cannot stand up to open door, too hot inside trailer. Not having medical issue, just need someone to open door, door is unlocked.

Two subjects fighting, lots of screaming, dispatcher unable to get questions answered.

“Red-hair women wearing half of her clothes is standing in street, yelling at blocking, was carrying black garbage bag, tore up bag and left it in street.” Deputy found a large amount of clothes and put them in bags on the side of the road.

Child was assaulted by an elderly neighbor woman; she slapped son across face, screamed and pushed him to the ground.

Caller’s daughter almost hit a cow in roadway. Responding deputy was unable to locate any cows.

Male at the North Cove campground says he “doesn’t feel safe.” He said family is threatening him although he can’t specify a threat. Father said he was going to run his motorcycle over but no actual threats were made to his “body.”

Aug. 12 — Caller is hearing things outside of the house, thinks there may be a few people outside. Said that he hasn’t seen anyone, but he thinks there are people outside, can hear “music” and talking. Dispatcher can hear caller’s wife talking in the background.

Female wants boyfriend gone after finding child porn on his phone but he is refusing to leave.

Ongoing problem with two 100-pound German shepherds. Sunday night they attacked neighbor’s dogs for the fourth time. Caller has reported this situation several times before and nothing is being done.

Woman received a call for son saying he didn’t do what he was supposed to and police were going to come arrest him; wanted caller to pay $2,000, claimed to be officer.

Someone pulled Trump sign out of ground and threw it in the bushes. Caller wants to know if there is a law that prevents that.

In Ocean Park, son and grandfather are arguing over things on property. Grandfather is refusing to remove items, no weapons, not physical, he is outside and son is inside residence.

Male said someone pushed his motorcycle over on him, pushed the bike onto his leg and it is hurting now.

Caller received threatening text messages from female who said she was coming here to “stomp her ass into ground, digging her own hole.”

Report that a Coca-Cola truck hit pole; the wire is on a house and potentially live.

Suspicious person is hanging around neighborhood. Caller said the male flipped caller off and called him names after caller approached him asking if he needed anything. Caller took a picture of him and his car if needed.

Neighbor is dangerous; came with an ax, broke down part of caller’s fence and used a grinder on it. Ongoing court battle between parties.

Caller is saying gunshots are going off in area of the murder that happened a year ago.

Caller was walking his dogs and saw a male with a female crying inside his truck; she seemed beat up.

Aug. 13 — Elderly male wearing black and red winter snow jacket just shoplifted, took several packs of vodka mini-bottles.

Someone stole caller’s wallet out of purse.

Male in a Subaru Forrester almost ran into caller when they blew through stop sign at intersection, honked at subject and sped off on Sandridge.

Caller had two phones stolen last year by a male subject.

A drone is flying in the area, close enough to be looking in windows.

Male and female are driving around area of Long Beach high on meth and possibly intoxicated.

Crash call alarm from a mobile device. No answer when alarm company tried to call subscriber.

A dark brown or black horse with rope halter found in yard; unknown owner.

Caller thinks someone broke into house; pit and corgi-mix dog is gone; thinks it was his wife because she took the kids yesterday and she won’t answer the phone.

Suspicious vehicle with no windshield contains two men — one in front seat, one in back. Appeared to be unloading things.

Caller is concerned about neighbor’s dog; barks all day, caller believes because it is locked in a cage.

Pickup and small car are speeding, passing recklessly on corners, almost caused accident.

Caller wants to talk to the chief about someone who is hiding out in the bushes, destroying place.

Aug. 14 — Toyota Tundra hit power pole in North Cove area, lines and pole down in road, unknown injury or occupants.

Female kicking rocks at cars; short, dark hair with orange or maroon tent, local to area, seems to be getting more violent.

Female says she “had an altercation just now,” did not provide address or name, said “they slapped my face.”

There is a herd of cows out on the road.

Caller says she had renters, told them to leave appliances when they left but they stole her $1,000 freezer.

Caller says a lady is out in a van with a needle, thinks it could be drugs.

Someone is having a breakdown, needs medical attention; she is breathing, alert and screaming her head off.

Aggressive German shepherds are running loose; ongoing problem.

Aug. 15 — Street sweeper getting run off road by speeding vehicles.

Trailer and boat are parked on road next to property, subjects have been going onto property taking things, defacing cellular game cameras. One male and female, caller has pictures and can provide descriptions. Ongoing problem for last two weeks but has escalated today.

Male is telling caller they can’t fish or take kayaks down to the water, is taking pictures and videos of caller’s kids, said they would “regret coming down here.” Subject lives there and always harasses them, no weapons.

Open line with female heard saying, “that’s not what you said, you told me there’s a third gun, that if I call 911 there’s one hidden that I can’t find, I’ve had to get two guns away from you.”

Report of embezzlement by employee of amount between $10,000 and $100,000.

One-vehicle accident, dark-colored SUV hit the hillside. One male in vehicle, unknown injuries.

Theft reported of a box of 360 flashers, tackle box and a few other small things, worth $800 to $1,000.

Owner came and herded loose cows back to property. Caller didn’t know livestock owner’s name, but stated he thought he lived past Naselle.

Caller says a truck drove around the loop multiple times, flashing his lights at different campsites. Caller asked the driver what he was doing and was told he was looking for the showers.

Caller says the German shepherds were down by his house, but he chased them away before they could attack.

Female subject is burning up and down the road in a silver truck with a smashed front end.

Aug. 16 — Male lying on the grass next to the road. He said he was just resting and praying and did not need help.

Caller heard a female screaming and a male yell “what the f*** is going on,” then heard five gunshots.

Caller is behind a lady in a black SUV who almost wrecked into six different cars while swerving in the lane and speeding.

Caller can hear a lady screaming and what sounds like her two large dogs “going at it.” They have been problem dogs for a while now, and caller is worried about the lady.

Smoke coming from the woods in an area with no houses or anything back there.

Subject just came to the police department and stated they wrecked on the South Bend-Palix Road; nobody is injured but the vehicle is down over the embankment.

Subject renting a property is making threats with a gun, has shot caller with his pellet gun in the past. Today he chased him with an axe. Has made threats to kill caller many times.

Someone is shooting a gun in Surfside “rapid fire” close to caller’s address, seven gunshots in quick succession, does not believe they were fireworks.

Male and female got into a fight and she will not calm down, threats of hurting the callers, “she has put hands on both us.” No weapons that he is aware of, alcohol, no drugs.

Caller says her “boyfriend’s wife threatened to kill us.” Subject uses her silver Chevy truck as a battering ram. Subject was screaming and ripping up and down the road. Last seen heading toward Ocean Park.

Subjects from earlier came back and threatened to blow caller up.

The neighbor’s German shepherd keeps coming to attack caller’s dogs.

Aug. 17 — Two-vehicle accident, unsure if anyone’s injured.

A subject just broke one of the windows to the station; he is still on scene.

Caller thinks someone “who is a known drug person” might have taken her mail. She said that she had no mail in her box yesterday, but the mail lady was pretty sure that she put mail in there.

Female with dark hair, pink shoes, blue jeans, red backpack is standing there talking to herself. Caller says nobody should be there.

Caller’s vehicle was hit Thursday night. Caller just found the other vehicle and it has been in an accident.

Husband has been gone about an hour and a half; he went to ride behind their house on his four-wheeler.

Someone has been dumping yard debris and garbage at a place with no address because there is no house on the lot.

Female is saying she doesn’t understand why she can’t get on her own property. She says she can’t cut down her own trees and wants to make a complaint.

There is a suspicious blue Mazda that is going fast and then slowing down like they are looking casing houses.

“There is a young kid, about 8, driving a gator up and down the road, going at fast speed.”

Heading south on U.S. 101, a car went into the ditch.
