Aug. 4 — A female is holding up sign at entrance to trailer park saying caller’s son is a rapist.

Landlord has accepted a promise to pay for rent but is still threatening to kick them out, keeps stopping and asking caller and her boyfriend for money.

A caller was being harassed earlier and now there are five parked cars surrounding her trailer. Unknown if people are inside cars, unknown type of cars or who subjects are. Caller is scared and can’t go back to trailer.

Caller is wanting someone to tell “these people to shut up” and wonders why a noise complaint was “not legible.”

Caller’s child is dog-sitting at a place with a propane tank outside, and caller and child can smell propane.

People have been stalking and following caller. Says they recently stole his backpack but he was able to get it back. He’s seen two or three people, unknown who they are. Caller is sitting in the gazebo near picnic tables, and wants someone to drive by to make sure he’s OK.

Aug. 5 — Boyfriend is going crazy, female is just rambling.

Theft of gas off a boat; they left tools behind.

A male is screaming at a woman in the area, known local drug users.

Clerk is missing, all the money is gone, safe is empty.

Aug. 6 — A male is lying along the road, bicycle lying by him with lights flashing. Unknown if he was hit, unknown if breathing, hasn’t moved, transferred to state patrol; female caller says subject just moved.

A little black dog is running around, thin and skittish, last seen down by docks. Reporting party just called back and says they found the owner of the dog.

Caller hears a woman screaming and a lot of banging in a house across the way. Possibly a gunshot, sounded like a gunshot.

Aug. 7 — A guy is throwing things around and needs to be kicked out. They are trashing the place and have sprayed bear mace in the house.

A subject was watching caller’s pit bull mix. She was evicted from park and her car caught on fire on the beach yesterday, and caller thinks she stole his dog.

A male is going door to door with a phone saying he’s deaf.

Aug. 8 — Neighbor is outside screaming and yelling, calling the reporting party names.

A little black Chevy Trax has been sitting there for four days; WA dealer plate, passenger window broken out.

A caller tracked a thief down as he was running away; he went into the old Beacon RV Park. Caller got his stuff back but still wants to report the theft.

Aug. 9 — Two white guys on bicycles broke into bathrooms.

A female is trying to get into vehicles. She is small in stature, wearing a dark sweatshirt, black leggings and large flip-flops.

Aug. 10 — Squatters staying in park are making pipe bombs, officers are aware. Caller wants it to be investigated and extra patrols of the area.

Aug. 4 — Burglar alarm went off and woke them up, person has already fled the scene and they just want law enforcement to be aware in case any more people get broken into tonight.

Four people are out there spraying his bushes. He can’t see them, he said “my boss told me that it was all in my head.” Caller was told a deputy would be advised.

In Ocean Park, neighbor’s dogs are terrorizing the neighborhood; they wake everyone up with their barking, are out running loose. Owner leaves 10 dogs home alone in her yard with no water. It’s a travel trailer with a bunch of junk in front.

Ocean Park caller wants to complain that for the fourth day in a row a vehicle is blocking the line of sight from his trailer park; lady almost was hit yesterday because of it.

Sex offender violations reported in Seaview.

Tone out in Raymond and South Bend for a one-car rollover.

Caller just got off work and noticed a red 2008 Chevy Silverado is gone. He thought the truck was going to be stolen and already made a report to an officer.

A male is acting suspiciously in Ocean Park, possibly high on something, going in and out of the road, in the grass breaking tree limbs, intimidating customers.

In Seaview, a female is punching someone in the head, standing on street. Caller didn’t see any weapons and said subjects were fighting yesterday, too.

In Ocean Park, male neighbor is yelling for help, his wife is not home, unknown what is going on.

Ocean Park caller was just assaulted by neighbor; was pushed by male with his shoulder, then was pushed by his hands. Denied need for aid.

Caller can see about 10-foot-high flames behind residence, ash in air, can see subjects setting more stuff on fire.

Caller says the neighbor’s two 50-pound dogs have been aggressive in the past and just ran past caller’s house.

“On the beach road” there are four or five cars together that are driving drunk; transferred to state patrol.

Neighbor kids are riding quads, tearing up caller’s driveway.

Caller is reporting an illegal burn, about two feet from the house. They are burning debris, boxes and construction material. Flames are knee high, but there is a lot of smoke.

On Aberdeen highway heading toward Raymond, a person in a pickup is driving erratically.

Caller says it looked like someone was trying to break into the hotel next to the gas station.

Report at 11:50 p.m. of a neighbor playing loud music since 6 p.m.; ongoing issue.

Aug. 5 — Vehicle on fire on Bay Avenue beach approach. Caller stated there was an explosion and lots of black smoke.

Ocean Park caller said that he has called five days in a row, and said that an officer came by yesterday and was sitting in his car and told him to call the Department of Community Development. Caller said doesn’t know if DCD will do anything about the vehicle that is on a county right-of-way, not private property.

Caller says that a subject has firearms and “that they came to take his guns, and they didn’t take them all.” Caller is worried that he is going to get shot while taking his garbage out. He said that he has heard him shooting before. The person admitted to the caller that he is the one shooting.

In Ocean Park, a male subject is sleeping on the picnic table with only shorts on.

A vehicle is in the middle of the roadway in South Bend. Window is broken out. There are lots of files and other items in the vehicle; looks like it was stolen.

An Ocean Park subject is throwing things into the roadway, seems very angry today.

A person with two DUIs in past four months is drinking and driving again.

Robbery alarm at bank; when checked on, the bank said everything is fine.

A female is walking down the middle road by Naselle School, “acting like not with it.”

In Nahcotta, there’s an old metal box with a lid, oozing something, smells bad. Someone dumped it by the recycling bins, unsure how long it has been there.

Ocean Park caller wants to know if a warrant can be issued for a subject for trespassing. Subject has been criminally trespassed from park and was seen there again.

A vehicle just flew down Commercial and hit multiple other vehicles on the way.

Seaview neighbor just caught someone sneaking onto caller’s property.

Niece and nephew brought two kittens home from a residence in area. They had a list of medical issues when taken to the vet, and were dehydrated. Eight to 10 kittens were left at residence and are in danger of dying. Residence has a sign that says “kittens.”

A red-haired guy was on an Ocean Park property after being 86ed. Happened five minutes ago, walking through back gravel lot toward the road.

Someone stole a one-person red inflatable canoe, paddle and pump. Caller has a picture from video.

State Parks unit en route to Grayland Beach State Park is requesting assistance with a subject with mental health problems. Currently parked in another camper’s spot.

Caller spoke with an officer this morning about caller’s neighbor. He just shot off another round and caller does not believe he is supposed to have firearms.

Aug. 6 — Caller heard a loud truck start up. He walked out and someone was rolling his car into the street, almost to the port parking lot. Thief took his battery and work supplies out of his car.

Caller heard three or four gunshots across the highway, sounds like a shotgun; possibly people poaching, but not for certain.

In Naselle, a car is parked out back in employee parking with no one inside. A note on the front seat said “sorry stole all their stuff, part of the addiction, is returning all their stuff.” Has been there since 3 a.m., caller hasn’t seen anyone around.

In Ocean Park, a subject on foot carrying fishing pole was just on caller’s property a minute ago. Caller spoke with subject, who said he was looking for a job. Tried to sell caller a fishing pole.

A caller wants to speak to a deputy about some of the stuff that’s been going on in Ocean Park and the peninsula in general. Has been seeing a lot of things online about homeless people.

People picking berries in Naselle area said there is a subject in a light blue older Buick or Mercury-type vehicle, unknown if breathing and didn’t check. Have been there before and car is abandoned there, but they have never before seen anyone inside.

White semi with silver box van is swerving all over. Caller is behind semi driving a log truck.

Naselle caller says someone stole a phone last week and has been using it. Caller does not know where he took it from, maybe the beach. Caller doesn’t know him but found his name and address on Google because he is using her accounts.

Caller impounded a vehicle and found a marine radar from off a boat inside.

On the highway in Chinook, a caller is reporting a DUI headed toward Ilwaco.

A caller had stuff at the beach entrance and he thinks a person staying at the Cranberry beach approach took these things. Caller had a confrontation with the male in the GMC van parked there; no violence, but the “male was raging when asked if he had taken their stuff.”

A male called about a male outside yelling at him. Caller terminated his rental agreement and he needs assistance calming the male down. No physical assault has occurred.

Caller is trying to find an Akita husky dog. Her car caught fire in Ocean Park and dog was last seen there.

Deputy contacted a subject walking along roadway, wearing all black. Subject stated she was fine, heading to her brother’s house.

Caller’s neighbor across the street is playing loud music at 11:56 p.m. Deputy attempted to call about the issue, got no answer.

Aug. 7 — Caller saw young kids sleeping in front of the store and wants someone to check on them.

In Menlo, there’s a male in a small dark vehicle with its headlights on; unknown if sleeping or if something is wrong. Does not looked like he wrecked, he is just off the side of the road.

Around 7:10 a.m. in Ocean Park caller saw a male on a bike “snooping” around a property in area.

Caller witnessed a neighbor harassing another neighbor. Rode by fast on motorcycie and flipped him off. Previously reported for adult abuse.

Vehicle upside down in ditch, unknown injury.

Received a phone call from a lady (no name given) telling caller that there are a couple of children lost on the beach, and that the children’s grandparents were staying at the resort. Caller cannot find the name of grandparents anywhere.

Someone broke into a Seaview shed sometime in the last few days. Caller is out of the area but contractor said yesterday the shed door appeared closed in the morning, but in the afternoon the contractor saw someone running from the shed area. There are several expensive items missing.

911 open-line caller says it’s not an emergency; installed new phone in pool room and just wanted to make sure it was working.

Caller says they’re “burning up and needs his door opened.” It’s unlocked but caller cannot walk to door to open it.

Neighbors just took a picture of someone who dropped off a derelict trailer with a derelict car on it, and left it in front of caller’s gate.

Kids are riding four-wheelers, red one and yellow one, popping wheelies, standing on them, speeding up and down the road.

Aug. 8 — At 1:21 a.m. a mile from the boat launch, six black cows are in the roadway. They’re off the roadway into the bushes now. Reporting party has no idea who owns them.

Someone is rolled over in the ditch in a silver truck. Caller is in the house and can hear people outside in the truck; unknown how many people or if they are injured.

Caller wants to talk to a deputy because he has contacted the police multiple times about the neighbor’s pit bull. Someone told her that if the police are called numerous times, the dog will be deemed vicious, but nothing has happened. The dog continues to get loose and pose a danger.

A tall, slender homeless male with a baseball cap and gray beard has been camping out in the backyard and under the house. He is not there now but has been there numerous times. He threw a rock through one of the windows last Friday.

Caller is moving father out of his house and found some guns. A local male is willing to take them but caller wants to know if that’s legal.

Road crew is out chip-sealing, and speeders are becoming dangerous for workers.

Scam: Someone identifying themselves as being from the Pacific County Sheriff’s Office said she failed to show up for jury duty and two citations were issued for her. Scammer wanted her to pay “bond money.”

A person is being “very inappropriate” in Seaview and caller needs officers to come and ask her to leave. Now the woman and her male friend are across the street calling reporting party names.

A white car with a black roof is swerving in and out of traffic.

A grey Volvo driven by a female hit a guardrail and kept going. It has no front end, and car parts are scattered on the road.

There’s a grey Chevy pickup truck off the road between Raymond and Tokeland. One man seems inebriated.

Report of two German shepherds running loose. Owner is a heavy-set lady with bleached hair. “These dogs have gone after tourists and neighbors, they are very big dogs.”

Nahcotta caller says a couple quads are running around.

Aug. 9 — Account was hacked, lots of money taken out of this account and multiple other accounts.

Caller is having trouble with neighbor. He has been flipping off the caller and jumping in the roadway. Also, someone is doing damage to caller’s driveway and he suspects neighbor is the one doing it.

Caller hired someone and he has been charging her way too much for work and is being very deceptive.

Caller is reporting a trespasser in her father’s house who isn’t supposed to be there. She won’t leave and caller doesn’t know who this person is.

Caller just drove past a grey Audi with man slumped over the wheel; did not stop to check on person.

Someone just came to caller’s mother’s house. Subject banged on her front-room windows and ran away. She didn’t see anyone but caller went out with a flashlight and could see “knuckle marks” on windows.

Aug. 10 — Domestic dispute between fiance and girlfriend — he tried to kick her out of the car, they started arguing at the campsite, got kicked out of the campsite and left.

Someone wearing a red beanie stole a bag of stuff.

Caller was in an RV alongside road and husband showed up and started harassing her, breaking stuff.

Neighbor is threatening caller with a splitting maul.

Incoherent, inebriated or high female driver pulled over. She’s not getting out of the blue Toyota that is blocking traffic, and is having a hard time walking.

Caller has some questions for a deputy when they have a chance, would like a phone call.

A female was slumped over the wheel of a dark green Suburban and now is between door and seat; it’s been about 30 minutes. She sat up when caller knocked on the window. Looks like she is on drugs.

A caller says county code enforcement allowed him to put blocks down at end of his road and three people are removing them. He says they don’t live there and don’t belong there.

Caller says there are people in her house and she is out of town. Caller believes one of them climbed in the window.

Found pig, unknown owner. Deputy notes there’s no animal control or holding area for a pig. Suggested letting pig return home on its own.

A caller said he had a “fake snake” made of black rubber, aged and weathered, that sat out by garden as decor to scare birds away. His neighbor freaked out about it because she doesn’t like snakes. Caller came home and manager came up to him, claiming that the caller threw the snake at son-in-law.

Caller heard gunshots outside and a man yelling, but did not see anyone.

A wedding is going on and they are refusing to turn their outside music down until the police get there. Male said “we will wait until someone calls the police.”
