July 28 — A male says his wife locked him out and tried to stab him. She is inside the home and the male is outside in the garage.
Caller reports lots of flashlights outside, possibly someone setting up a tent over by the dumpster.
A person is passed out or possibly having a seizure.

A male who has been trespassed is at the east main dock at the port going through the trash, and there with another male who is carrying fishing poles.
The house across the street is unoccupied and the caller thinks someone is trying to get into it. Caller heard a loud bang and his wife says she can see flashlights inside the house.
July 29 — Subject reported tearing up the restrooms.
Female is crying, saying a subject is in apartment and is down; someone needs to get there fast.
Unconscious person; girlfriend is cold and clammy, possibly had a seizure then passed out.
A caller is following a big black GMC Sierra truck that is being driven recklessly toward Ocean Park. It was driving into the other lane and almost hit someone, hit a curb and bounced off.
A kid is lying by a telephone pole, not moving. Caller wants an officer to go by and make sure they are OK.
July 30 — Two-vehicle accident in front of store involving a white utility truck and red car, unknown injuries; pulled around corner and cannot see them anymore.
Detained patient is starting to leave and is not supposed to. He just left wearing blue paper scrubs.
A person is being harassed and threatened by people “planning to burn trailer down.”
Someone at the beach is very drunk. She does not want help but is having trouble walking and appears to have a laceration on her head.
July 31 — Caller is at work and saw a male on her home camera walking around driveway; driving a black pickup truck.
Patient held under authority of the Involuntary Treatment Act was getting ready to be loaded up but has taken off wearing scrubs and needs to be brought back to the hospital.
Caller complains the senior center in Ilwaco is supposed to be open until noon but they closed before noon today, and are depriving seniors of food.
Church has been broken into; unknown when this occurred. Things have been gone through, including confidential files.
Someone knocked on caller’s door and it is late and dark out, and they would like an officer to come by and check the neighborhood out.
Aug. 1 — A gentleman in lobby is confused; isn’t acting up or out but caller is concerned he is possibly missing.
There’s a problem with someone using caller’s identity; email being used, got a receipt for a PayPal purchase that he didn’t approve.
Caller reports she just received a threatening phone call. She returned a tow dolly and left a negative review online. A person from U-Haul called her and yelled at her over the phone. U-Haul customer relations advised her to file a police report. No threats were made.
Caller says she is confused and there is a lot of garbage in her house. A subject knows she is sick with cancer and took advantage of her. She doesn’t know if she wants aid or law, just wants someone to check on her.
A caller went to talk to a person about a property contract and the subject threw 2x4s and a tire iron at caller, who was not injured.
Aug. 2 — Staff noticed some people coming out of the trees behind the parking lot of the hospital. One female had a flashlight and a male had a bike.
A male subject has gangrene on his feet and hands, usually sits in the smoking area. Caller would like to see if he will accept help.
A caller says vagrants need to move their car. Subjects are now verbally fighting and caller would like an officer to come make the female give the male the key so car can be moved.
A person is watching a male beat on a female. The male almost ran the female over with a green Mazda pickup.
Someone in a black Mustang flipped off the caller and friends, and threw their lemonade and said it sucks. The caller is running a lemonade stand with friends.
Domestic violence third-party report: Caller heard a lady screaming.
Aug. 3 — Male is on the floor in the bathroom; very weak, not awake, caller does not think he is breathing. Has stage 4 lung cancer and history of heart problems.
Caller found child walking along road. Caller is walking north behind child, who is wearing a blue shirt with a dinosaur.
Dog is locked inside lighter-colored four-door sedan; one window cracked about two inches, caller didn’t see any water, could hear dog crying.
Caller is getting creepy and harassing messages from someone she doesn’t know, and is afraid.
Friend is possibly in the water straight off Bolstad approach, caller can hear them yelling.

July 28 — A very large semi-type trailer is high centered, blocking the roadway.
A vehicle vs. telephone pole; black sports car is in the ditch, appears non-injury but caller not sure, non-blocking.
Law enforcement requested for verbal dispute outside Ocean Park fire station with two aggressive parties.
A green Toyota truck almost hit caller on Sandridge.
Caller was almost run off the roadway by a silver Camry.
There’s an old beat-up van parked on a side road in Naselle with a boy sitting in driver’s seat, looked confused; caller didn’t see anyone else around.
Female says boyfriend was hitting her. She is pulled over en route to Astoria.
Burglary reported in Ocean Park.
Caller has a problem with housemate, says “it is just difficult.” She is angry and throwing her things at caller, who would like to have an officer come talk to her. There are no weapons, and “nobody has been drinking or doing drugs today.”
Someone driving a teal 90s Chevy truck just dumped yard debris on property.
Neighbor is on caller’s property dumping trash. There is beef between the neighbors. There have been multiple problems with them, including trash and fireworks being lit off.
A man with a long stick wearing a grey hoodie and backpack is going around checking out houses.
Children were supposed to be returned to her tonight and her ex told her “I will return them to you on Tuesday.”
There is a dog barking nonstop. Caller says they have called about this several times and does not think anyone has talked to these people.
July 29 — Ocean Park caller says he saw a man stringing a noose around a tree. He is wearing heavy flannel jacket and jeans.
Caller says something/unknown animal needs to be removed from her home. Her door is wide open, she thinks there is a big owl or some other kind of bird inside.
Caller wants to report a log truck that is crossing the center line going toward Aberdeen.
Ocean Park caller can hear something on his camera, sounds like it is something big, there is lots of banging around, possibly something on the back porch.
Caller was scammed, large amounts of money were sent to subject on the internet. Would like deputy to call her so they can meet up.
Some packages were stolen from caller’s mailbox; he found the empty packages down the road.
Ocean Park neighbor has been harassing him since he started building his house, would like a call from a deputy.
Customer is threatening to kill caller if they don’t give him his mail; unknown weapons, subject still there now, dispatcher can hear yelling in background.
Yesterday an English bulldog charged into caller’s yard and attacked caller’s dog. Had to take dog to vet due to injury, and caller was bit in face (thinks by her own dog).
More than 100 cascara trees have been stripped; occurred on July 21, caller has picture on game camera of two subjects.
Caller can hear shooting behind her house, can see neighbor next door with his gun. Dispatcher could hear caller yelling at neighbor to stop shooting.
A caller who lives out at Whipple and Tamarack, basically, has a couple 90-pound German shepherds running loose. Caller ran them off with a gun.
A guy waved a machete at caller and was also in a friend’s yard earlier and was cutting down weeds. The friend did not ask him to do that. Weed cutter wears glasses but caller does not know further details.
North Cove caller witnessed a possible domestic violence. A black car was following a silver sedan and caller heard a female screaming “help.” A male got out of the silver sedan and it looked like he was hitting the female.
911 open line with a male screaming “please send the police.” Female is now on the line saying she was taking male to Oregon. Male thinks she is trying to kidnap him because she took a side street and not the main road. Female says she met him through a friend and he said he had a sailboat motor.
Subject hit caller in stomach with a stick and poked caller with it twice hard.
Came home today and noticed a tree was cut down in his yard. Tree was on caller’s property and a chainsaw was on neighbor’s property. Wood from the tree is gone.
July 30 — Dispatcher can hear screaming, could hear him say he would go to jail.
Dodge Ram “older pickup” sitting in the middle of the road, almost by the stop sign on Douglas, missing a fender.
Menlo caller had a package that disappeared yesterday; thinks it was stolen, waiting to hear back from honey bucket driver that came by and might have dash camera footage.
Caller is trying to leave and boyfriend is refusing to let her; trying to get belongings and he keeps throwing her down. He just kicked the dog and is having a breakdown.
Young kid is wandering around the area, seems to have mental disabilities.
Protected party reports additional violation that occurred within rotunda of the courthouse.
Ocean Park neighbor’s geese keep coming onto property, defecating in yard. Caller tried to talk to her and son a couple of times, nothing has changed.
In Raymond, a male walked in back door to store. They do not recognize him. He’s babbling and not making sense. Out behind the Legion hall now, said he’s going to sleep there tonight.
Caller reporting road rage incident involving racing Hyundai black and green sports car and a small Subaru heading south toward Raymond.
A car just pulled onto caller’s property about 45 minutes ago with expired Georgia plates. Caller walked up and the person did not hear him, all the windows are rolled up.
“A deputy refused to give reporting party his name or badge number; would like to sue the county for trespassing.” Caller would like to “press charges for harassment.”
Caller can see on cameras that a man is trying to get into business. He is walking around in circles.
Wife has been punching on truck and house; she is intoxicated and aggravated.
Caller heard something or someone walking on the gravel outside her window.
Some “thugs” are out here poisoning all of caller’s plants. Caller can hear them, but is in bed now so cannot see them.
A male transient is headed north toward Oregon Street, wearing a bright orange jacket. Caller thinks the sheriff’s office has been looking for him.
July 31 — Two people with dogs are running around the Chinook rest area and they are yelling for them. When the dispatcher asked for the caller’s name, she disconnected.
In Naselle, a 2018 Craftsman 1200 riding lawnmower and loading ramps have been stolen. No suspects and there is a cable across the driveway that says no trespassing. They left a front fender behind.
Seaview caller needs a police officer because someone is trying to steal purse. They are punching and hitting caller in back of head with a book.
In Ocean Park, smaller gray car ran into a pole; unknown injury, airbags deployed.
Twice in the last week, vicious dogs came at Naselle caller. Their owner told the caller that they are “not bad dogs,” but the dogs were snarling.
People are staying in grandfather’s shop without permission, drug paraphernalia lying all around.
Driver ticketed for no insurance after being stopped for speeding 49 in posted 35 zone.
Caller’s roommate went for a walk yesterday from the Ocean Park beach approach and never came back. Last name unknown.
Aug. 1 — Caller just got home and her house has been burglarized; they went through paperwork, tried to open her safe. They appear to have taken some jewelry and her husband’s watch. She had a truck with two refrigerators on it, and that truck is gone.
Seven people are spraying poison all over his trees and trucks, and “if an officer doesn’t get here soon I’ll get a gun from the neighbor and start shooting them.”
A white/brown pit bull keeps going through cranberry bogs while its owner squats on property in a travel trailer.
A caller working in Seaview was just threatened by a person restricted from contact with caller by a court order.
Driver says a line fell down down on his bus but caller was able to keep driving and line is now down across road; unknown type of line.
Someone spotted a bear, and while dispatcher was talking to him he was “actively running and checking on horses for their safety.”
“There is a gal in an inflatable [boat] that cannot get in to shore;” one person, keeps going further and further out as she is trying to paddle in. Call transferred to Astoria Coast Guard.
Boy and girl are going to run away together, but were stopped by girl’s dad and there was a shouting match.
“My neighbor is losing it, he thinks that there are people in his house and garage again, can someone check on him?”
A subject is lost in the woods while picking mushrooms.
Aug. 2 — “Four nights in a row there are people damaging trees and plants out here, spraying chemicals and doing thousands of dollars worth of damage out here, tell them to hurry.”
Caller’s wife was hit but not injured by a utility vehicle.
Neighbor’s dogs across the cranberry bogs keep barking every day and caller would like someone to talk to them about it.
Motor home with Oregon plates is blocking, unknown if anyone is inside.
A subject is threatening caller’s friend, saying he is coming over to kill him. “I am on my way and someone is going to die.” Caller said she heard the phone conversation so she knows he is serious, said he has a gun.
A subject broke into caller’s property, broke into gate, drove down driveway and attempted entry in front door. Damage to front gate.
Neighbor harassing caller, pointing a camera and telling her to slow down, “calling me a f***ing b**ch” and also yelling about taking her license plate number.
Caller reports her soon-to-be ex-husband is stalking her. He just showed up at the place where she is staying and is out there yelling and screaming at her, while parked in driveway.
Domestic violence: “My partner is destroying the house and I cannot go home.” Call ended, no answer on recall by dispatcher.
Aug. 3 — Boyfriend trying to kick her out and is threatening to hurt her; “he’s attacking me, trying to take my phone.” He said “anyone who comes here is going to die,” but caller does not think he has any weapons.
Grays Harbor dispatcher advising open 911 line with a female crying, saying something about mother having a gun. Unable to get further information from caller.
Out by caller’s gate there is broken glass, possibly a crack pipe, and there is blood on some of the glass. Caller is wondering if she should just throw it away or if a deputy wants to come and check on it.
Intoxicated female left toward South Bend in a 1993 40-foot motor home. Caller was trying to get her to leave for a while but didn’t realize she had keys to the motor home.
Caller is having a domestic incident at his house, can hear female screaming for help.
Caller can hear a female yelling “you are supposed to be dead, I will f***ing kill you” and just screaming at the top of her lungs.
Van flipped over, one car and possibly a motor home, caller transferred to Washington State Patrol.
Caller was just assaulted by her daughter after she knocked on her door to see if she wanted soup.
A guest is driving drunk; “he left after hitting my dog,” driving a yellow Ford F350.
Caller heard about nine shots in the area of boat launch; sounded like shooting a pistol into woods.
“Dogs are threatening me when I go for a walk.”
At 10:59 p.m., someone has been shooting off fireworks for the past 20 minutes, some aerial and some on the ground.
