June 10 — There was a report of graffiti on the boardwalk beginning at the first area where you can stop and rest and read the signs. Caller states it was not there when she took the same walk yesterday.

A Long Beach resident reported that her Great Northwest Federal Credit Union debit card was stolen sometime recently and someone made three ATM cash withdrawals at Bank of the Pacific, and fraudulently used her debit account to make a purchase on Amazon a month ago. She has no idea of when her credit card information or card was stolen.
June 11 — Anthony C. McCollum, 25, of Long Beach, was booked and jailed for fourth-degree assault-domestic violence following an incident at an address on 4th Street NE.
June 13 — A person reported they left their wallet containing $200 and 325 Canadian dollars unattended at Funland and it was taken. Security footage shows a man with two children took the wallet.

June 15 — A customer at Great Northwest Federal Credit Union witnessed someone back into her Toyota Corolla and leave without leaving a note or trying to notify the owner. An officer tried to find the offending vehicle but was unable to locate it.
Marcy A. Scattergood, 50, of Ocean Park, was cited for first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft after allegedly going into a vacant hotel room and taking a shower at Coho Charters in Ilwaco.
A van parked on the beach approach was hooked up to city power. It was unoccupied when an officer checked so they disconnected the power and left a note and business card on the driver’s side window. The van had left the area when the officer checked again.
