NASELLE — The Comets fastpitch squad figured significantly in the District 4 1B League All-League selections.

Senior Avalon Sullivan and sophomores Brooke Davis and Mallory Helvey were named to the first team.

Junior Evelyn Normand, freshmen Haylee Rose and Avrey Ford, and eighth-grader Jessie Smith earned honorable mentions.

Keith Coleman of Mossyrock was named coach of the year and his junior Erin Cournyer was named the league’s most valuable player.
