April 28 — A caller said a truck pulled into an Ilwaco parking lot and he thinks the driver might be under the influence; not able to keep his eyes open when the caller talks to him.
An Ilwaco caller reports a blonde female has a fifth of vodka in a blue Chevy with Oregon plates. An officer checked but was unable to locate.
April 29 — A person staying in an Airbnb reports sounds like boots on the roof and porch.

Caller asked female to turn down music and she followed caller back to trailer carrying around a bat.
Caller says someone stole firearm rounds and two clips out of bag.
A caller reports his neighbor’s house is open; unknown who owns it. Went to city hall and they will try and contact them.
In Ilwaco, some kids are shooting a BB gun. No parents are around and there is a road right on the other side from where they are shooting.
Caller was coming down the street and felt like dogs were trying to attack. Caller was not injured but felt they possibly were going to be.
A caller has a tenant walking out of shower naked and threatening people.
April 30 — A caller says it looks like there are puppies abandoned in a tote and the mom dog is outside the tote tied to a pole. Caller thinks the dogs belong to a homeless man.
May 1 — Caller was in an argument with his fiancee and has a gash in his head from her hitting him with a remote.
Caller said there is a homeless male camped out in front of a location; he has a whole set-up.
There is a a beat-up Dodge pickup parked in front of caller’s garage, blocking access.
A caller took some food to a newly homeless man on the corner at the light. Another male had threatened him, unknown who they are. Subject left a dog with pups there with two wagons.
May 2 — Caller reports an intruder and the caller “has wrangled him up, has him detained.”
May 3 — There is a blue Jeep Cherokee in the road with lights on and no one in it.
In Ilwaco, caller’s dad was attacked by a black and white pit bull mix and is injured; puncture wounds on wrist, but is denying need for an ambulance.
A caller reports a single-vehicle accident, partially blocking, tow truck on the way.
Ilwaco caller says there is a mid-80s or 90s spray-painted Dodge. There was a 24-hour tag put on it over 50 hours ago.
Caller says that his ex hacked into his accounts and deleted information.
A person is being aggressive and violent in the emergency room.
May 4 — Caller was just assaulted by a subject who opened truck door and attacked him to get his keys. Female is in a dark hoodie, with a black and white backpack.

April 28 — Caller in Willapa Valley says someone is cyber-stalking them; says it is so bad that one of them is not going to make it. The stalker has taken over all their cell phones and computers.
A caller heard about 10 shots in an area close to Sandridge. Deputy checked and the sound was a vehicle backfiring.
In Ocean Park, caller’s deceased father’s property is up for sale and neighbors are driving equipment through the lot, are cutting wood and taking it off property.
In Surfside, a male subject ran into female’s car a couple of times with his pickup. “House is a dump.” Female is in a black car and male has pickup. Female can’t leave because her car won’t start now.
A South Bend caller is concerned parties have keys to a home with a lot of guns inside, which they are threatening to take. Caller would like to have an officer go check on the house and make sure there are no cars there.
In Lebam, a caller reports two dogs on the highway out in traffic.
April 29 — Daughter and caller were practicing driving when they ran over a rhododendron and damaged the vehicle.
Oysterville caller’s unlocked car has been vandalized, wallet stolen; whoever did it tried to pry and hot wire it. “Upon investigation, this incident was caused by a bear getting into vehicle,” deputy determined.
Ocean Park female is physically hurting people in the home and is out of control.
A caller was just head-butted. Caller says he does not want to be head-butted again and will take his gun out now.
Ocean Park caller wants an officer to talk to him about a female who is messing with his internet. When she is there his internet doesn’t work “and she thinks it’s funny.” Caller went on talking about her having his personal information on her laptop. Caller doesn’t know his own phone number and said his phone is only for emergency calls.
A 911 hangup call. Dispatcher called back, male answered and said he didn’t dial 911. Caller said it’s just him and his dog. Said he has a friend coming to take him to hospital; no issue right now.
April 30 — Two vehicles and a motor home parked at a site in Naselle; caller thinks homeless people are living there. Deputy contacted occupants and they said vehicle was broke down.
A Willapa Valley caller says there is a man lying down in front of the school, light t-shirt, gray pants, two different shoes. He is getting into a white SUV driven by a female, and now it looks like he is changing his pants.
May 1 — In Ocean Park, a person is in a 90s dark-colored pickup with a white canopy; male was walking around “scouting” properties. Caller said he scared him off and he left. He didn’t steal anything but was acting suspicious.
In Raymond, a wire is down, possibly a power line, across neighbor’s driveway.
Caller: Two German shepherds just attacked me and my dog.
Neighbor is harassing reporting party, states she has a no-contact order. Says neighbor was charged with kidnapping her son eight months ago, and just out of jail. Neighbor is talking loudly across the street.
Caller is having a problem with a tenant. Says he is tripping out and he is digging in the dirt.
Ocean Park caller has not heard from husband since early this morning. He was supposed to go to bank and take money out of account but the money is still in the account. Neighbors have not seen him or heard from him. Caller has tried calling him multiple times.
May 2 — A Seaview caller’s camera showed a man opening her neighbor’s SUV door and looking around in there for about 10 minutes. Unknown if he took anything. Left north on foot carrying a large white garbage bag.
Ocean Park caller’s girlfriend is freaking out, throwing garbage around the house, also broke window by the front porch.
Agency assistance requested after a Long Beach officer heard over radio possible officer down. Turned out to be a false report; see Long Beach Police Blotter.
Seaview caller asks for officer contact regarding a vehicle abandoned on his vacation property.
Caller currently in Thurston County “threw a fit and got picked up” two weeks ago, is asking a deputy to contact her regarding the whereabouts of her dogs.
One vehicle off the roadway, ran into fence, airbags deployed. Transferred to WSP.
Caller just got home from work and found boyfriend took caller’s kids, does not know where kids are.
Oysterville caller found a pit bull mix, white in color with black patches with a brown and black face. Thinks it might have had puppies recently. No collar, and no ID or anything.
Seaview caller sees a driver slumped over in his driver seat in an early 2000 black Honda, thinks it might be related to drugs.
Man fell and has a harness on; possibly fell from a tree today but caller isn’t sure. He is awake and breathing.
DUI reported driving southbound toward Astoria in a 2016 black Chevy Malibu.
May 3 — A black van is parked on caller’s private pull-out. It has black stuff on all the windows. Caller would like it removed. Deputy checked area, vehicle had left.
Willapa Valley caller’s husband just tried to “beat the crap out of her and tried to kick her out of the SUV.” He is screaming at her and threatened to kick her out.
Subjects have been camping in two tents on the trail the last few days.
Oysterville caller says a female subject is trespassing, driving a silver vehicle to the back of property. Caller is concerned about the dogs she has with her.
Caller says her neighbor to the north has been stealing her water. There have been damaged plants and other issues. Last fall the neighbor shot a pistol in the air and was yelling at caller.
Surfside caller got a call from a person who said they were family, but the caller knew they were not and believes it was an attempted fraud call.
Caller drove by and saw “a bunch of people” fighting in the driveway of house and also heard dogs getting hurt.
In Seaview, a subject came walking down the street talking to himself with a hammer in his hands.
Ocean Park caller received a threatening voicemail from a party who said when he gets out he is going to come see her, among other things.
Ocean Park caller’s boyfriend is taking items and making threats, makes caller feel unwelcome. Caller thinks he is “sick in the head.” He has kicked caller’s car a couple of times.
An Ocean Park caller says that after police left, caller went inside to get her makeup out of the bathroom when a subject stopped her and had her up against the wall screaming in her face. He threw a tub that had her makeup in it across the room and it hit her daughter, and he continued screaming at them.
A female said she needs help getting someone out of her house. Dispatcher attempted to get address and caller said “God damn it” and hung up. Dispatcher tried to call back, no answer.
Surfside caller wants a welfare check on neighbors who have been having some weird issues lately.
May 4 — Parks unit asks for an additional unit to help with two vehicles camped illegally overnight.
Nahcotta caller says there is house construction at the end of the street and workers are speeding up and down the road; ongoing issue.
Surfside caller thinks the neighbor is cyber-stalking him, and he has “credible” proof and would like to talk to a deputy.
Nahcotta caller says husband assaulted her, accused her of being on the beach earlier by herself.
