Letter: Thank you from the OP Food Bank

On April 24, the Ocean Park Food Bank held its first annual fund-raising dinner at the Peninsula Senior Center. It was an extremely successful event, raising funds for our future expansion to our over-capacity building.

We would like to thank our incredible event committee of Rita Nicely, Nanci Main, Mary Cohn, Cheri Hoyer, Linda Jackson, and Charlotte Paliani. They planned, organized, obtained numerous valuable items for our auction, baked, set-up a beautiful ambiance at the Center, and fine-tuned every detail. Thank you to all those individuals and businesses who contributed items or activities for the auction.

Lastly, thank you to John Vale and the volunteers at the Senior Center for the excellent meal and service, and the use of the building.
