Eddie came to us with several littermates when he was very tiny. He is tiny no more! He is now a very playful and energetic chunky 5-month-old “creamsicle” (orange and white — get it?), who is very outgoing and playful. He loves attention, and quickly approaches visitors to the free-range Playroom where he resides.

Eddie has never met a stranger, and is a staff and Cat Cuddler favorite. Several of the Cuddlers have nicknamed Eddie “Eddie Spaghetti” as a term of endearment because of his delightful personality. He loves to play with toys and with the other young cats in the room, and tries to make friends with everyone he meets.

Eddie would make a wonderful addition to a family with children, and is the type of kitty often seen being carted around by the kids in the family, enjoying every bit of it! If you like affectionate, outgoing cats, Eddie could very well be your boy! He would also be a great companion for another kitty-friendly cat in the home, and most likely a cat-friendly dog.

Save the Date! Chico’s Pizza Benefit Night

All day Wednesday March 6, Chico’s Pizza Parlor will be helping the SPCHS pets by donating 20% of all online, and in-store food and non-alcoholic beverage sales to the shelter. So, bring your family and friends to Chico’s to enjoy some yummy pizza on March 6, and support the shelter pets!

We are open 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday by appointment only for adoptions and surrenders. Stray drop-off, spay/neuter vouchers and pet food program are available during open hours.
