Letter: ‘Yes’ votes build future resiliency

I read last week’s Chinook Observer articles on all the aid given after the terrible fire damage (Port of Ilwaco and Oysterville) with a great sense pride knowing that I belonged to a community that took care of its own. That is one of the great reasons to live in a rural community.

In a similar way, I encourage voters to support the many local school levies and Raymond hospital bond. This support is who we are, and will help keep our communities resilient for the future.
