Jan. 28 — Caller says spouse’s phone was taken within the last few days and caller is concerned there are apps on the phone that people could use to access their bank and other personal information.
Jan. 29 — Room blew up and blew a male subject out. No fire, but he needs medical attention. Transferred to Medix.
Caller says a male subject on a skateboard is being abusive toward a German shepherd. Had him running alongside on a leash but dog couldn’t run anymore/is worn out.
A man in downtown Long Beach is screaming and needs to go to hospital.
Jan. 30 — A crazy lady is pounding on caller’s door. Unknown who she is; wearing a blue beanie and a backpack.
Jan. 31 — A line is hanging across the road, creating a hazard.
Feb. 3 — Caller says yesterday he went into the store, used his food stamp card to purchase $24 of groceries and also used cash to purchase other items. Then there was a computer issue and the cashier told caller to pay for items again.
Housekeeping found evidence of possible drug use inside a room and want help removing it. Unknown how many people are there. Housekeeping found small blue pills and drug paraphernalia. The person who rented the room has two aggressive dogs with him.
A guest in Long Beach has cuts on his face and is pounding on the walls.

Jan. 28 — A huge tree is down in Seaview across Willows Road.
Caller says a pedal bike and trailer are laying on the side of the road and he doesn’t see anyone around.
Two black and white huskies have been running through property the last couple of days, are there now and killed two chickens and are going after neighbors’ animals; no collars, unknown owners.
Caller watched a man fly around corner and his dog flew out of the truck, a silver Chevy Silverado. He stopped, picked up the dog and took off.
Raymond caller says someone is breaking into apartment. Neighbors had someone bring in a concrete saw, and caller wants to know what the saw is for because someone is getting into his apartment somehow.
A travel trailer and two sheds were broken into on an Ocean Park property, lots of items stolen.
Someone has broken into garage behind caller’s address. Broke locks off to get inside and is inside now. Subject has been evicted and is removing things, caller unsure if what he is taking is his or if he’s stealing.
Caller was in a “semi-violent incident” with another customer and employee. A male was talking badly about people of color, and caller felt threatened because the male was leaning into caller.
Jan. 29 — A little red car is parked by the road and caller thinks there is someone down there siphoning gas.
Raymond neighbor just came over and said someone was not breathing, possible drug overdose.
Oysterville house is fully involved in fire; caller states that everyone made it out.
Caller wants to make report of identity theft; someone opened a loan account in caller’s name.
A subject has couple of off-leash dogs on caller’s Seaview property this morning and caller would like this documented. Caller’s dog is not friendly and caller does not want problems with her dog.
Male with cigarette in mouth wearing a camo jacket was in a Seaview driveway and then went back to house behind the trees next door near the RV park area.
A green Jeep with its door open for last couple of days has been at the end of beach approach by restrooms in a no-parking area. Subjects are camping north of Seaview approach toward Long Beach, unknown how many people are there.
Vehicle in ditch, small hatchback, could see lights and smoke coming up, unknown injury, looks like it just happened.
Caller wants a deputy at Seaview Laundromat; yesterday had laundry stolen and there is video of this.
A white male wearing a gray hoodie under flannel, red baseball cap, was at a Naselle residence, driving a red Tesla, said he was there to paint the house.
Jan. 30 — Brooklyn caller found a dog yesterday, male white akita or husky mix with brown eyes, worn pads like it’s been walking a long time; three or four years old, well behaved.
A Spanish-speaking patron is at Ocean Park library, wanting to report a fraud.
Trailer was stolen last night; some lumber and scrap metal were on the trailer.
White female driving a black Jeep Grand Cherokee called reporting party in a panic and says she is lost in the woods off the Seaview beach approach.
An 18- to 20-foot boat is on a trailer at the Naselle boat launch, kind of hiding in the trees, seems suspicious, not sure if it’s stolen or abandoned. Came back as stolen.
A lady is going up and down houses that are for sale. Caller said he kicked her out of neighbor’s house and she told caller that she was waiting for a cleaning lady. Caller thinks she is casing houses.
Smith Creek caller not able to get into front door of residence, thinks someone is playing a trick on her, door shouldn’t be locked and door isn’t broken.
Caller says a child is being locked in attic and parents are throwing him only scraps to eat.
Ocean Park residents are out of country on vacation and a friend watching house says someone has been in it and left doors open.
A subject almost ran caller off the road, driving a white 1998 Chevy lifted truck, going 70 mph.
Seaview caller says someone is setting off explosives on property; have it on camera, can only see explosion and not the suspect, not sure what kind of explosive, just heard loud explosion.
Deputy contacted individual who was not responsive lying in a back seat. Individual eventually woke up, and stated that he was OK and was just taking a nap.
A subject is calling reporting party names, slapped her on the side of the head. She is still there packing up a bag, but does not have a vehicle.
Menlo caller says neighbor is “playing very loud music and baby chicks” right outside caller’s bedroom window.
Jan. 31 — Caller says her mom and her aren’t doing well. Four weeks ago she got some drugs from someone and her mom has been drinking. She is supposed to be getting meds today. Neither of them are violent, they just don’t feel good.
There is a red burgundy Jeep parked near caller’s driveway on a county road; looks like it was in an accident somewhere else and then dropped off — airbags deployed and window smashed in.
Neighbor has been clearing land on caller’s Ocean Park property. Caller has previously tried talking with subject, wants to know what they can do if subject doesn’t stop.
Dispatcher can hear male screaming, heard someone say “just do it, b*tch,” unknown how many people or what is going on; ongoing for last five minutes.
A subject is there freaking out because she took his pills and won’t give them back.
Feb. 1 — Reporting party believes they might have found some human remains, has a skull. Reporting party called back and advised they confirmed the skull is plastic.
Ocean Park caller says a stop sign has been removed and is in the brush; looks like it was removed on purpose.
Ocean Park caller says there is a person in the bushes lying down, female in a black coat with a white bag.
Black Nissan pickup hit the wall. The driver is OK but the truck is ruined. Driver had fallen asleep when this occurred and is out of the vehicle.
A horse is down in its corral in Naselle. It is life and death, the horse is dying. It is stuck between trees, struggling to move and caller does not know what to do.
Feb. 2 — A “very young kid” just asked caller for fentanyl, is walking on highway toward Pioneer, walking “sloppy,’’ like under the influence.
Impaired driver heading north on Pacific swerving, going 20 mph in a 50 mph zone.
Feb. 3 — Caller says there’s a black cow on road, almost on Highway 6 and cars are almost hitting it.
Caller’s unknown neighbors were just harassing her about dogs in the yard.
Raymond neighbors fighting, screaming and yelling and honking on horns at a “shack” of a house.
A silver sedan with two males inside was trying to run Ocean Park reporting party off the road.
German shepherd is loose trying to kill chickens.
Drunk skinny white man is walking along the road in Chinook, saying he needs to get to Yakima.
Jail declined to take a subject on warrants who was stopped for a shattered windshield.
