Letter: PCFD1 EMTs are our heroes

The Hatch Family sincerely thanks the 911 dispatchers and the Pacific County Fire District #1 EMTs — Jeff, Scotty, and Isaiah — for their help Jan. 19-21 on several call outs.

They met us at our most panicked, fearful, painful moments with calm, empathy, and knowledge. You are heroes to us and we will always be grateful for the dignity and respect you gave John.
