This sweet, goofy, and cuddly boy came to us as a stray and quickly won the hearts of all our volunteer Cat Cuddlers. He is very outgoing, and really doesn’t allow anyone to ignore him. We recently put him in the free-range Playroom with the kittens, because it became apparent the adult, older cats in the Jungle Room bored him. He has settled in very nicely with the rambunctious kittens and seems to enjoy the company of the other cats. We think he is 2-3 years old.

This boy will look into your soul with his beautiful green eyes, and hopefully will soon get a new forever home of his own with someone who will appreciate his great personality. Rambo acts like he was maybe an inside/outside cat in his previous life. As Pet of the Week, his adoption fee has been halved to just $25 and he is fully vetted and ready to go!

Join us this Sunday for Santa Paws Pics

This very popular annual event will take place this Sunday, Dec. 3, from noon to 4 p.m. at the Shelter Annex. Get a picture of your child-human or pet with the jolly guy in the red suit. Digital prints are a $10 donation, and are sent via email so you can have as many prints made as you would like, or two 4×6 printed pictures can be picked up at the shelter for a $15 donation.

We are open 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday by appointment only for adoptions and surrenders. Stray drop-off, spay/neuter vouchers and pet food program are available during open hours.
