We’re writing today in support of Anna Taft and endorse her re-election to the Ocean Beach School District board of directors.

As many of us know, Anna has lived most of her life on the Peninsula. She is a product of our local schools, a tireless and passionate advocate for all children and a demonstrated leader.

In her four years on the school board Anna has grown in her knowledge of the challenges and complexity facing all schools, especially those in more remote, rural areas. She fully understands the hurdles they face and the areas that require improvement.

Most importantly, she demonstrates the commitment and integrity our community must demand of its leaders. ALL of her actions (both on the school board and in her everyday life) demonstrate Anna’s commitment to the kids. That is her sole motivation for serving.

We are fortunate to have Anna serving the kids of our community.
