LONG BEACH — A long-standing Long Beach real estate business is joining forces with a fast-growing neighbor.

Long Beach Realty Inc., established in 1942, has officially partnered with Realty One Group Pacifica, which opened their first office in Long Beach in June 2019 with owners Brad and MaryAnn Whittaker. Realty One Group Pacifica currently has 10 listed agents, including Cindi Pellerin, Crystal Neprud, Doug Knutzen, Gary McGrew, Juliet Conley, Kelli Crocker, Lesley Ferguson, Michele Gutierrez, Natasha Beals, Andrea Vincent and Erin Marsh.

The partnership “will allow Long Beach Realty to have access to state-of-the art marketing tools, experienced administrative and leadership support, and a culture of cooperation. They also provide the ongoing training and education that we need to stay current in the ever-changing world of real estate. Combining the oldest and newest real estate companies will be a benefit to everyone,” according to a press release from Long Beach Realty.

The new office for Long Beach Realty is located at 511 Pacific Ave. in downtown Long Beach, next to Realty One Group Pacifica.
