The new Willapa Behavioral office in Ocean Park, in my opinion, is a bad direction for our community to be going in. Having a place for transients to hang around is asking for trouble. When the weather gets better, Ocean Park will look like downtown Astoria.

If we were only dealing with our local troubled folks, great, but this has already brought in three new street transients this week. Money would be better spent trying to get the few homeless we already have living here help versus encouraging new homeless into the area.
