Kolten Lindstrom

NASELLE — Seven Naselle basketball players have earned 1B Columbia All-League honors.

Senior Kolten Lindstrom was named the league’s most valuable player, sharing the honor with Riley Pearson of Willapa Valley. Jacob Lindstrom, a Comet sophomore, was named to the all-league second team.

Two NHS boys earned honorable mentions. They were junior Jacob Pakenen and sophomore Jack Strange.

Jay Peterson of Willapa Valley was named boys coach of the year.

For the girls, Naselle seniors Lauren Katyryniuk and Kaylin Shrives were named to the all-league first team. Classmate Bella Colombo was named to the second team.

Payton Torrey of Mossyrock was named league MVP.

John Peterson of Willapa Valley was named girls coach of the year.
