Letter of Thanks: Ocean Park Eagles step up for school

On Sept. 3, the Ocean Park Eagles held their second annual car show. All proceeds from the car show benefited Ocean Park Elementary School. The event was patronized by many community members, and out of town visitors. Fun was to be had for all, with classic cars, auctions, a barbecue, as well as nostalgic moments.

I would like to thank the Ocean Park Eagles, Corma Spicer, Jeannie Germaine, the Beach Barons, the SlowPokes and many other volunteers who made this event possible. I look forward to this event each year and can’t wait to attend the 3rd Annual Eagles Car Show.
