NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Board of Pacific County Commissioners to hold a public hearing on the advisability of vacating and abandoning the portions of road described as follows:

A 10’ X 187.1’ STRIP OF LAND LOCATED ADJACENT TO LOT 2 IN BLOCK 4 IN THE PLAT OF MENLO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN VOLUME D-3 OF PLATS AT PAGE 140, RECORDS OF PACIFIC COUNTY, WASHINGTON, LOCATED IN SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 13 NORTH, RANGE 8 WEST OF W.M.; AND ALSO A 10’ X 200’ STRIP OF LAND ADJACENT TO TRACT 9 IN THE PLAT OF MENLO GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN VOLUME F OF PLATS AT PAGE 12, RECORDS OF PACIFIC COUNTY, WASHINGTON, LOCATED IN SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 13 NORTH, RANGE 8 WEST OF W.M.

Said hearing will be held via Zoom https://zoom.us/j/98555891971 on the 28th day of June, 2022, at the hour of 10:00AM, or as soon thereafter as possible. Public comment, whether for or against, will be received during the public hearing. Written comment can be mailed to P O Box 187, South Bend, WA 98586 or emailed to the Clerk of the Board at abennett@co.pacific.wa.us and must be received at least three days prior to the hearing.
