SMALL WORKS ROSTER

Pacific County Public Hospital District No. 3, d/b/a Ocean Beach Hospital (the “DISTRICT”), announces the establishment of a Small Works Roster pursuant to RCW 70.44.140 and RCW 39.04.155 to award public works contracts for general contractor; mechanical/plumbing contractor; electrical contractor, carpet and resilient flooring contractor, and hazardous material abatement contractor on projects with a value of between Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) and Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000). All qualified, licensed and bonded contractors wishing to be included on this roster, should respond to Ron Clark, Facility Manager at Ocean Beach Hospital no later than 4:00 PM February 9, 2022.
