REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

INDIGENT DEFENSE SERVICES

South Pacific District Court is seeking proposals for Indigent Defense Services. The RFP, together with statements of qualifications, are requested from attorneys to represent, advise, defend in court and otherwise provide legal assistance to indigents. These services must be provided in accordance with Pacific County’s Standards for Public Defense Services as specified in Ordinance No. 159, the Rules of Professional Conduct, and criminal rule 3.1 for Superior Court and Courts of Limited Jurisdiction.

Proposals shall be submitted in quadruplicate in a sealed envelope marked “PROPOSAL FOR INDI-GENT DEFENSE SERVICES” with the name and address of the proponent on the outside of the enve-lope. Proposals shall be delivered to South Pacific District Court, 7103 Sandridge Road Long Beach, WA. 98631 by 4:00 PM on Friday, November 05, 2021.
