TACOMA — Erika Glenn scored 28 points in Ilwaco’s 67-28 victory over Life Christian Friday, Dec. 6.

The Lady Fishermen took a 45-7 halftime lead and cruised to victory while limiting starters’ playing time in their third game in four days.

“We had a long week,” coach Ned Bittner said. “We got up there (to Tacoma) and it took us a bit to get going…We were tired. Life Christian’s still down a bit this year, so it was a chance to get some court time for some other girls.”

The Fishermen showed their depth, turning to freshman Olivia McKinstry for a season-high eight points. Freshman Zoe Zuern got called up from junior varsity for the game and scored three.
