ILWACO — James “Jimmy” Edward Carraher passed away Aug. 6, 2019, in Ilwaco. He was a longtime resident of the Peninsula. There will be no memorial and his ashes will be spread at sea. Arrangements are by Penttila’s Chapel by The Sea, Long Beach.
