ilwaco — Ilwaco took a 42-10 halftime lead and beat Raymond 66-34 Tuesday, Dec. 18. The blowout win over Raymond, which was 4-2 in league play at press time, was an impressive one for Ilwaco, which remains unbeaten.

Coach Ned Bittner credited Arianna Bell with strong defense on Raymond freshman standout Kiera Gardner. She held Gardner to two points in the first quarter as Ilwaco jumped out to a 25-2 lead.
