RAYMOND — Larry Dowd, 65, died peacefully with his family at his side on July 9, 2018 in Raymond. Larry was a 10-year resident of the Peninsula. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Aug. 22 at 1 p.m. at Faith Center in Bay Center. A complete obituary is planned.
