To: JOHN WEBER, JR.; SHARON ROSE WEBER; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AND ASSIGNS OF SHARON ROSE WEBER; and ALL OTHER PERSONS AND PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE, LIEN OR INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT,: A lawsuit has been started against you in the above entitled court by CHAUTAUQUA LODGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, plaintiff. Plaintiffs claim, which is to foreclose a condominium assessment lien, at property address: 304 14th STREET, NW, UNIT 108, Long Beach, Washington, is stated in the written complaint, a copy of which is on file with the clerk of the Superior Court. In order to defend against this lawsuit, you must respond to the complaint by stating your defense in writing, and serve a copy upon the undersigned attorney for the plaintiff within 20 days after the first publication of his summons, excluding the date of publication, if you are within the State of Washington (or within 60 days if you are outside the State of Washington), or a default judgment may be entered against you with out further notice. A default judgment is one where plaintiff is entitled to what he asks for because you have not responded. If you serve a notice of appearance on the undersigned attorney, you are entitled to notice before a default judgment may be entered.
