OCEAN PARK — Barry E. Neal, 72, passed peacefully at his Ocean Park residence on June 26, 2016. Survivors include his wife Karen. LONG BEACH — Randa L. Timmons, 67, died June 23, 2016, at her Long Beach residence with her family at her side. Born August 28, 1948 in Longview, Washington, she was the daughter of Roy and Eldena Taylor. She moved to the Peninsula two years ago. Memorial service arrangements are pending and will be announced.
