ASTORIA Leslie W. Cowan, 92, a 10-year resident of Seaview, died July 25, 2013, in Astoria. Survivors include his wife Kaye Mulvey Cowan of Seaview.  A service with full military honors will be held in Seattle in September and a complete obituary will appear prior to that.
