KLIPSAN Edith Bales, a long-time resident of the Peninsula, died July 22, 2013, at her residence in Klipsan Beach. Her funeral service will be held Monday, July 29, at 11 a.m., at Ocean Beach Presbyterian Church in Seaview where she was a member. A reception follows. Concluding graveside rites will be at Ilwaco Cemetery. The casket will be open Friday, from    10 a.m. until 4 p.m. at Penttilas Chapel by The Sea in Long Beach.
