LONG BEACH  Rosamonde A. Stengar, 91, of Long Beach, died May 6, 2013, at home. She was a resident of the Peninsula since 1965, at one time operating a beer bar in Ilwaco. She is survived by a son, William (Peggy) Stengar of Granbury, Texas. At her request, no formal services will be held. Penttilas Chapel by The Sea is in charge of arrangements.
