LONG BEACH A flood warning was issued at 10:05 a.m. Tuesday for rivers in Pacific County.

            The warning applies to the Willapa River, Naselle River and Grays River.

            Three to 5 inches of rain have fallen over the Willapa Hills since Monday afternoon. An additional 2 to 3 inches of rain are expected Tuesday, pushing rivers above flood stage. River forecasts are based on observed and forecast rainfall and temperatures.              The weather service strongly cautions: Turn around… don`t drown. Don`t drive into flooded areas. Avoid walking near riverbanks during high water.
