If you could have dinner with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be and why?

Id say my dad, because he kind of died early on and even though I had dinner with him before, theres things Id like to ask him now. Hes been gone 13 years.

What is your favorite song?

I like that Jesus Freak song by DC Talk.

Whats the worst job youve ever had?

Id say probably working at the Weyerhaeuser Mill in Warrenton, because theres no social aspect. Im a very sociable person. They hand you an air hose and earplugs and tell you to get to work. That wasnt conducive for my nature, and something Id never done before.

If you didnt have to work for a living, what would you do instead?

I like to travel, vacationing and seeing things Ive never seen before. When not working, I like to go see things, like I saw Mount Rushmore. See the things youve always heard about. To see it in a picture is one thing, but to see it in person is real neat.

What is your favorite book?

I read my devotion, so Id probably say the Bible, I read that every day.

Whats your biggest fear?

I got cancer a few years ago, so I fear that the cancer will come back. Every few months I go back for X-rays and blood tests, so youre always on edge when you go back for that.  And at the time, I had no family history of cancer.  When youre 33 years old, you dont expect that. Youd like to put it behind you, but you have to go in every three or four months and get it checked. Its always in the back of your mind whether it will spread or come back. Its no fun.

What is your most embarrassing moment?

Probably when I dove off the high cliff in Grays River and found my shorts floating next to me. Pretty unexpected you jump in and come back up and look over Whats this?

What was the best date you ever went on?

We went to the Netel Grange and they had country dances over there, did that with somebody, had a great time. It was kind of different, they had a caller up there and told us how to do the different type of dances. It was pretty fun.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

I guess when youre not punctual, when youre late.

Whats your favorite smell?

I always like the evergreen smell, like Christmas trees. The fake tree wont do it. Everyone tells me I need to get a fake tree but I tell them its just not the same without the smell, and they usually dont disagree.

Wheres the weirdest place youve fallen asleep?

I think in the Ape Caves, up by Mount St. Helens. I was hiking and kind of took a break there. I dozed off and woke up in the dark wondering where I was.

How would you like to be remembered?

As a person who really enjoys life. Someone who really looks forward to life and looking forward to things. Life is something Im really excited about and doing the next thing.

Tell me your favorite joke.

I have a favorite bumper sticker it goes, I want someone really bad. Are you really bad?
