SEAVIEW Rhonda L. Wright, 58, died July 3, 2011, at her Seaview home.  She was born to Robert Downing and Frances Tebay on Oct. 8, 1952, in Renton.

A 15-year resident of the Peninsula, Mrs. Wright was employed as a preschool teacher and was the head teacher for the developmentally delayed program. She taught for 30 years and children were her passion.

On Aug. 21, 1999, she married Jeffrey W. Wright; he survives her. Also surviving her are: sons, Lenny Chevers of Federal Way, Adam Scroggins of Bremerton, and Travis Jorgenson of Seattle; a daughter, Chelley Roberts, also of Seattle; three brothers; one sister; 16 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 16 at Pacific Bible Church, 501 N. Highway 101 in Ilwaco. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her name to a childrens charity of your choice.
