Ocean Park Elementary had 90 percent of their students and staff dress up for Halloween this year. They paraded around the school early in the day and then got back to work until the full fledged Halloween concert by “Count Valters and his Zombie band” (Mr. Walters our music teacher and his three sons as the zombies)! It was a great day.
