LONG BEACH – Katherine Mack Driscoll started her new position as associate broker and branch manager earlier this fall.

Going on her fifth year at Lighthouse Realty, Mack Driscoll started out as an agent after reaching a transition point in her life and owner Todd Kaino encouraged her to try out the real estate business.

“It has worked out to be a very good fit,” she says. “It’s challenging and interesting. It’s always a new set of circumstances – unique people, unique properties and unique circumstances. Each carries a life of its own, and ultimately, it’s very rewarding.”

After putting in 120 hours of studying and passing her broker’s test, Mack Driscoll now manages six agents at the Long Beach office. She says her office is unique in that they pride themselves in building relationships with their clients.

“Todd sort of is the pillar of the whole thing,” she explains. “He sets the tone for professionalism, thoughtfulness and sincerity. He’s very involved and a great guiding light … We have excellent management staff – 100 percent of all our realtors subscribe to that code of ethics.”
