NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN THAT the City of Ilwaco, as applicant and property owner, have filed an application for a Shorelines Management Substantial Development Permit & Floodplain Permit authorizing the replacement of Baker Bay Pump Station 1 and the repair of Baker Bay Pump Station 2 in the plat of Vandalia. The replacement of Pump Station 1 will include a new wet well, two pumps, and an external valve vault. Pump Station 2 will receive a two new submersible pumps and an external valve vault. Both stations will receive new above grade electrical panels. The project was considered technically complete as of September 21, 2007.

The project is located at within the Plat of Vandalia, Ilwaco, Washington and is described as the Lot 65 and Vandalia 2 W Replat Tract A, Section 26, Township 10 North, Range 11 West, W.M. Pacific County, Washington.

The lead agency for this proposal has determined that the project does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed revised environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request. This amended DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2).
