ILWACO – “Ray Harrison was kind, gentle, a great listener, generous,” Brian Felt said at Mr. Harrison’s memorial service at Carl Aase Gymnasium in Ilwaco Wednesday evening. “Ray was motivated to humbly serve because he loved his Savior, his family and his community,” Felt, the president of the Long Beach Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, eulogized.
