JAMES and NANCY VON ROSENBERG, husband and wife, and RAINER and DARLENE HOUSER, husband and wife, Defendants.

The State of Washington to the said James and Nancy Von Rosenberg: You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 5th day of September, 2008, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the Plaintiffs, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney for Plaintiffs, at his office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.

The purpose of this action is to establish easement rights on the following described real property through quiet title and other causes of action:

Lot 8 of Ray’s Tracts, per plat recorded in Volume J of Plats at page 29, records of Pacific County, Washington; And together with all lands lying Westerly of the above described tract to the line of Mean High Tide of the Pacific Ocean.
