NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN THAT William and Hazel Laws, property owners, and Dick Reiners, applicant have filed an application for a three lot Short Plat and Variance to Road Standards to modify standards from a public to a private road, improvement width from 22 feet to 12 feet and minimum easement widths from 40 feet to 30 feet. The application was considered technically complete as of March 7, 2007.

The project is located at 1811 Highway 101 East, Ilwaco, Washington and is described as the Whealdon Estates Tract 13-3B, located in Section 34, Township 10 North, Range 11 West, W.M. Pacific County, Washington.

According to the guidelines contained within the Ilwaco Municipal Code, a public hearing was continued from the 6:00 pm August 27, 2007 meeting to September 10, 2007. The Ilwaco City Council will reopen the public hearing at 6:00 pm on Monday, September 10, 2007 at the Ilwaco Heritage Museum at 115 Lake Street SE.
