LONG BEACH – On May 2 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., there will be an informational orientation for prospective foster parents, adoptive parents and kinship care providers at Children and Family Services, 2601 Pacific Avenue N.E., in Long Beach. This is an opportunity to learn more about the foster care program.

A pre-service training which presents a comprehensive course designed especially for anyone considering the role of adoptive or foster parent, will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, May 12, Sunday, May 13, Monday, May 14 and Tuesday, May 15. You must attend all of these sessions to graduate.
