I spend six months of the year in Ilwaco. I tried to see a doctor while I was there this last summer only to be told that none of the doctors were taking new patients. The hospital has a shortfall of cash but can’t take new patients so where do they expect to get more money? No patients no money. Pardon the pun but it’s not brain surgery.
