LONG BEACH – Raymond Federal Bank held their 12th Annual Silent Auction to benefit PACE Nov. 12 through Dec. 20, 2006.

Marjorie Beard, treasurer and Dale Jacobson, president of the PACE board, accepted a check in the amount of $2,206 from Jena Ross and Camille Boggs, auction coordinator, both from Raymond Federal.

Fifty-eight businesses and individuals donated 79 items to the auction. Raymond Federal employees expressed their sincere thanks to those who donated the items and to everyone who came to bid. According to Ross and Boggs, “It was our most successful year yet!”

In accepting the donation, Jacobson said, “We gratefully acknowledge Raymond Federal’s fundraising effort for PACE and ask that all businesses and organizations consider donating one of their fundraiser towards our seniors.”
