Did I misunderstand the newspaper article encouraging parents to have their children ride the bus for the next week so the school can be reimbursed at a higher rate? Is this teaching our children that it is “OK” to tell a white lie by riding the bus for the one week only to get the money? I sure hope I misunderstood the intent of that article.
