LONG BEACH – Rachel Jean Glasson, the daughter of David and Becki Glasson of Long Beach, was born July 6, 2004, at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria.

Rachel was 19 3/4 inches and 8.2 pounds at birth.

Her paternal grandparents are Ross and Marcia Glasson, and maternal grandparents are Gene and Lorraine Watson. Lowene Keiski is her great-grandparent on dad’s side.

Rachel’s birth was greeted enthusiastically by her older siblings Katie, Krista and Ross.
