In the article entitled “Edie Shire honored by AAUW for literacy effort” in the May 12 issue of the paper an error occurred. Edie has been a member of the organization for 57 years, not 40 as indicated in the story. Also, next year’s convention will be April 22-24 at the Ilwaco Heritage Museum.
