Precious, a black and white kitty adopted from the Pacific County Humane Society by Mildred Watters, was voted cutest pet in the Chinook Observer’s second annual contest. The contest, which is voted on by the public, raises money for the Humane Society shelter in Long Beach, this year taking in $625. Full details will appear in next week’s paper.
