ILWACO – Public Utility District No. 2, the retail electricity provider for most of Pacific County, is seeking a new commissioner to fill a vacancy until the November election.

Commissioner Charlie Mills, who is married to Sharon Kaino Mills, is in the process of building a new home on his son-in-law’s (Jon Kaino) development above Black Lake in Ilwaco, which is out ofhis District 1 position.
