AAA offers Barnes & Noble discounts

Bellevue – Avid readers looking for a way to save money might consider pulling out their AAA card.
Thanks to a new partnership between AAA and Barnes & Noble.com, AAA members save an additional five percent on Barnes & Noble’s Web site, barnesandnoble.com, the complete catalog of books, DVDs, and CDs, by going to (www.aaa.com/barnesandnoble). The five percent discount is in addition to Barnes & Noble’s already low online prices, which are discounted up to 40 percent off retail prices.
In addition to the regular inventory of books, CDs and DVDs, the site features AAA publications such as automotive guides, children’s books, and a wide assortment of domestic and foreign travel guides and atlases.
Every two weeks, two AAA publications are featured on the home page at a 10 percent discount, double the regular AAA discount. Upcoming promotions include “Traveling With Your Grandkids” on Sept. 1 and 15, and “Europe TravelBook” on Sept. 15 and 29.
